Q. What's the first step in getting started?
A. The first step is to select the package that best suits your needs and contacts us. As soon as you submit the order, you will receive a phone call within 24 hours from one of our marketing consultants. Since you know your business better than anyone, it should be easy for you to formulate a benefit statement about you and your company. In fact, if you have a website or brochure... your message is probably already written! You simply pick a video shoot location and we take care of everything else!
Q. What's involved in producing the video shoot?
A. We come to your location. We make it easy, it's set up just like an interview, so you're talking to someone while the camera is off to the side. It's normal to be a little nervous at first, but the most important thing is to really just be yourself. The key is to make sure you are sincere, personal and from the heart. Our expert marketing consultants will work with you to develop your Video Email strategic marketing messages.
Q. I already have video clips I made. Can I include them in the Deluxe Video Package?
A. Yes! Simply submit the clip/s in Quicktime MOV format, and mail it to us on CD, we will then custom edit and compress the file inot a Video Email format. You can email us your logo and any information you would like listed in your Video Email. Your consultant will help you.
Q. How do I get the Video to play on my email, and how does the video get on my website?
A. We send you a link that you must include in your email. Whenever anyone clicks the link, your Video Email apprears in a separate window and starts playing. We also send you a link so that you can play a video greeting on your website. The website video apprears in a separate window, so you don't have to re-arrange your website.
Q. How long does it take to get up and running?
A. You're up and running within 4 business days of receiving your video, text, and logo.
Q. How much storage do I need on my computer to store the videos?
A. The average file is only 4 to 5 Megabytes. We provide you with 10 Gigabytes of data transfer per month and up to six months of free video hosting, so you don't have to store anything. It all gets stored on our high availability video servers. However, if you prefer to host your own videos, we'll send you the files at anytime.
Q. What if I exceed 10 Gigabytes?
A. 10 Gigabytes is an enormous amount of data transfer per month. it is very unlikely that you would ever reach your monthly limit. In the event you exceed your monthly limit, the video will fail to play for the remainder of the month.
Q. What if I want something that's not on your list of services....can you do it?
A. We have been in the production business for over 10 years! There is very little we can't do. Simply contact us, describe the project, and we'll quote you a price.
Q. What's the difference between the Standard Package and the Deluxe Package?
A. The Standard Video Email Package includes 3 Video messages up to 1 minute each. The Deluxe Video Email Package includes 5 separate videos shot and edited.. for instance if you have multiple employees or would like to broadcast several different promotions and/or marketing messages.
